Lab assignments will be completed out of class. Students may use their notes, previous labs, and ask questions of each other via internet groups, email and/or blogs to complete most lab assignments.

Each student should save all assignments to their flash drive (this is a BACKUP) and EMAIL each assignment to SSULabs@verizon.net as an attachment. The graded lab assignment will be emailed back to the student before the next scheduled class meeting.

If the email does not have the assignment(s) attached, the grade will be an F. It is the student's responsibility to make sure the assignment is attached, emailed and received by the professor.

Missing Class

If a student must miss class, the student should go to the class website and download the missed assignment(s). The professor WILL NOT email the student the missed assignments. The student should click the If Absent link to download the missed assignment(s). The assignment(s) are due per the original schedule. If work is not received on time, the student will receive a reduced grade for lateness. No LATE assignments will be accepted more than TWO DAYS after the original deadline unless the student has written proof of emergency or illness. TECHNOLOGY FAILURE is not an acceptable excuse for late assignments.

Weekly Assignments

Read and/or print the weekly outline so you know what to expect IN each class. Don't forget about what you need to do OUTSIDE of class. A hybrid class requires more student self-discipline and time management than a traditional in-classroom course. Really. Time management is crucial!

The ENTIRE weekly lab assignments schedule is subject to change.
