DURHAM POINT—YET AGAIN ON THE NEW ENGLAND FRONTIER IN THE LATE 17TH CENTURY |

The Oyster River area in the Dover-Durham area of New Hampshire was the site of extensive settlements during the 17th century. It was also the frontier and suffered heavily during the many French-British conflicts of the period. We are currently exploring the site of a garrison house occupied during this period. |
