| Communications has been among the College's pioneering departments in developing a vigorous computer-based instruction. My own work in this area includes Print Copywriting (Comm 321), in which students at terminals use the Web to research their projects. Comm Professors Cook and Bantly, along with Comm Lab Manager Wendy Van Veghten, lead the Department's Computer-based teaching across all our course offerings. With an Apple (Mac) Lab, we are worry-free from the Y2K anxieties which have been plaguing non-Apple users across the nation and worldwide. |
